No. We run your billing on Seniorverse behind the scenes. You send attendance and sign off on each period. If you want to take on more later, your data is already there and nothing has to move.
Which payers do you bill?
Medicaid, managed care plans, VA and private pay. Send us your payer list first. If we haven't billed a payer before, we'll quote a setup window and work through its rules with you.
How soon can we start?
It depends on payer enrollment, which usually takes several weeks. We'll give you a setup window once we've seen your payer list.
What stays with our team?
Prior authorizations and the assessments behind them, clinical records, and getting attendance to us on time. We'll tell you early when an authorization is about to run out.
Do you handle cash and checks?
Your center collects cash and checks. We charge cards and bank accounts and send families their invoices and receipts.
