What’s New
We’re committed to transparency and continuous improvement. This page highlights the latest product updates, enhancements, and fixes across the Seniorverse platform. Check back often to see what’s new.
October 15, 2026
- Transportation — A new setting, turned on per center, checks riders out when the driver starts the trip home. The start confirmation names the riders on board, and confirming checks them out at that minute.
- Transportation — A canceled stop is left out, and a rider already checked out keeps their time. A rider who was never checked in is skipped, and their stop's activity says so. If the check-out can't be saved, the trip doesn't start and the driver can confirm again.
- Transportation — Canceling the drop-off confirmation after a failed check-in clears the error, so the next try starts clean.
- Care — Announcements sent to All can be edited and deleted in the Communication Log, and the Delete button shows a pointer on hover like Edit.
- Reports — On Attendance Details, the benefit summary's Not Defined row and the Total row count completed visits for members with no benefit, with their time. Those visits still list under Needs Attention.
October 14, 2026
- Sign-in — When a sign-in expires during work, the app shows the sign-in page in place of the screen, with the user's name filled in, and returns to the same screen after they sign in. This works in the center app and Connect.
- Sign-in — Changes made while a sign-in expired are kept and saved once the user signs back in. A Sync required card under the sign-in button shows how many are waiting, and Sign Out is hidden until they're saved.
- Sign-in — Switching back to the app's tab after a sign-in expired shows the sign-in page right away, and a save made offline or on a slow connection waits and sends once the connection is back.
- Transportation — On the driver app, a menu next to each stop's main button lets the assigned driver skip a stop for now, cancel it, drop a morning pickup from the route, mark a No Show or restore a canceled stop. The same menu sits at the end of each rider row on the trip screen.
- Transportation — Skip for now moves the stop to the end of the route and opens the next stop. Drop from route asks first, then moves the member to Unscheduled on the Day Board for that morning.
- Transportation — On the Day Board, a stop's form shows its activity, such as who skipped it and when. A No Show stop shows a red No Show pill, and the stop menu options are no longer red.
October 13, 2026
- Reports — Every report in the Reports list has its own permission. On a user's Permissions, Reports shows one card per category with that category's reports, listing only the reports your center has turned on. Turn on the category to grant all of its reports, or grant one report on its own.
- Reports — Existing report permissions keep working. A user who had a category before still opens every report in it.
- Reports — The Reports list shows only the reports a user can open, and a report a user can't open stays closed, even from a saved link.
- Transportation — An admin can add a member to a trip that is already completed. Open the completed trip from the Day Board, click the + next to an unscheduled member and confirm, then enter the onboard and completed times. The member is added as the trip's last stop.
- Transportation — The Day Board offers the same add for past days. A completed trip opens from yesterday's board, the + under Unscheduled lists the day's completed trips, and dragging an unscheduled member onto a completed trip asks before adding.
- Transportation — The stops on an in-progress, completed or canceled trip can no longer be dragged into a new order from the trip form.
- Care — New Communication Log, turned on per center. Member notes, nurse notes and announcements land in one log, and each staff member acknowledges the entries meant for them. The Communication Log tile on the Care Management menu, and the Menu icon on every Care page, show how many they have left to read.
- Care — Leadership view of the Communication Log shows, for each entry, who has acknowledged it and who hasn't, and can narrow to one staff member's unread entries. Leadership can post announcements to chosen roles and download the log and its acknowledgments as CSV.
- Care — A member note or nurse note can be kept out of the Communication Log with Exclude from communication log, set by its author or an admin.
- Billing — When adding a payment or credit memo, the Payor list shows the member under each payer, and the search finds a payer by the member's name.
- Billing — The Invoices list on a payment or credit memo shows only that payer's invoices that still owe money, each with its billing period and the amount outstanding.
- Billing — Picked invoices are listed under Invoices and open with a click. The form waits until every picked invoice has loaded before it saves, and Add always opens a blank form.
October 12, 2026
- Reports — New Attendance Log report lists every check-in and check-out for a day, week, month or custom range, with the member's photo and signature from reception, the time and who recorded it. Click a row to open that attendance record.
- Reports — The Attendance Log counts records missing a photo or signature, and its Captures filter shows only those. Filter by status or by member, with a search inside the member list, then download a CSV or print with the photos included.
- Reports — The Assessment Summary and Assessment Score Trend reports show each member's caregiver, their Responsible Party contacts. The Assessment Summary also shows the member's ICD-10 diagnosis codes from their conditions.
- Billing — An invoice can't be voided while a payment is still attached to it, even an unallocated one. The void dialog says to move, refund or void each payment first. A card refund still being processed also blocks the void.
- Billing — A posted payment can be moved to another invoice as long as it isn't fully allocated, including off a voided invoice. Payments and credit memos can be saved without an invoice.
- Billing — A payment shows a card refund that is still being processed as pending, and only completed refunds count toward what has been refunded.
- Claims — A claim paid across two remittances is marked Paid once the second covers the remaining lines, instead of staying Partial.
- Time Picker — The scroll wheel keeps a time you type, and no longer jumps to a different time while it scrolls.
October 11, 2026
- Attendance — On the card layout of the Attendance page, clicking a member in Quick Check-In opens a Select Time dialog with their photo and the check-in time. Nothing saves until you click Confirm clock-in, so a mis-click no longer checks anyone in.
- Attendance — Check-out on the card layout opens the same dialog with Confirm clock-out, in place of the yes/no prompt. If the member hasn't completed their required hours by the time you pick, the dialog says so.
- Attendance — Clicking a member's check-in time on a card opens the dialog to change it. The shared Now check-in time button above the Quick Check-In tiles is gone, since each check-in now picks its own time.
- Time Picker — Every time picker opens as a scroll wheel with hour, minute and AM/PM columns, a box to type the time, and Use current time. The wheel shows every time of day.
October 9, 2026
- Care — On the MAR, a stopped medication reads "Inactive as of" its end date with the reason, and its row is gray. A medication that starts partway through the month reads "Starts" with its start date, and the days before it are gray instead of blank.
- Care — Each center can choose the order medications appear in on the MAR. It can put inactive medications in their own section at the end, put PRNs first, or list everything alphabetically. Profile Only medications always come last.
- Care — The MAR has the Task Log's filters. Details opens on Exceptions only, so the list under each medication shows only doses that were held, refused, missed or not attended, or that carry a reason or note. Full shows every dose and None shows the grid alone.
- Care — MAR filters can also narrow medications by type, hide inactive medications and hide weekends. Printing uses the same filters.
- Care — A medication that needs a reading first, like blood glucose before insulin, shows that reading on its own row under the dose. Variable doses, like sliding-scale units, show the amount given on their own row.
- Care — A PRN given many times in a month is one row instead of a row for every time of day. A second dose on the same day goes on a second row.
- Care — Add PRN on the MAR records an as-needed dose for that member without leaving the page. It lists only the member's PRN medications, and the dose shows on the MAR right away.
- Care — Services and admin tasks have a Default View setting. Set it to Flow Sheet and their tasks open as a grid, one row per question and one column per recent attended day, with today's answers entered on the right.
- Care — Past answers on a flow sheet show in short form; hover one to see it in full. Allergies, code status and the service goal sit above the grid, and the task's activity below.
- Care — Flow sheet tasks can be marked Held, Refused or Did Not Attend, with a reason.
- Care — Mark Complete in an open task now moves on to the next task in your list.
- Care — Typed answers in a task save when you leave the box, so the activity log shows one entry per edit.
- Care — Simple service tasks can be completed straight from the Care Tasks List view with a Mark Complete button, without opening the task.
- Transportation — Print a trip sheet from the Edit Trip form, the Day Board or Drivers Trips. Each trip prints on its own landscape page with stops, addresses, phones, contacts and mobility, ready to keep in the vehicle.
- Transportation — Drivers can print their day's trips from the driver app on the web. Canceled stops print struck through and don't count toward the stop total.
- Billing — Duplicating a benefit no longer copies its prior authorization number.
- Billing — A Dupe button on the benefits tables copies the latest benefit of a type once it has an end date, without opening it first.
October 8, 2026
- Billing — Saving a payor's details no longer disconnects their saved cards. Charges on a saved card keep working after the payor form is edited.
- Billing — A charge always uses the account the card was saved under, so a saved card no longer fails because it belongs to a different account.
- Billing — Adding a card that another payor at the center already has stops with "This card is already on file for" that payor's name and card. A "Payors with this card" list shows below the message, and clicking a row opens that payor.
- Billing — Adding the same card twice to one payor shows "This card is already on file for this payor." Nothing is saved either way.
- Billing — When the payor's email already belongs to another payor's payment account, adding a card stops and shows that payor under "Payor with this email".
- Billing — Cards that need a bank verification step still finish it in the card form, and bank accounts still save through the same form.
- Bug Fix — A voided invoice's page shows its outstanding amount struck through again.
October 7, 2026
- Billing — The Payments and Credit Memos tabs show the members on each record's invoices, and search finds them by member name.
- Billing — Invoice search matches payor and member names. Canceled invoices read $0.00 outstanding.
- Billing — A search with no results on Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, Claims, Benefits or Payors says so and offers Clear Search. An empty Invoices list offers Create Invoice.
- Billing — An attendance whose check-out is before its check-in shows Invalid Time, never a negative length.
- Reports — Invoice Lines fills in the Member for billing plan and manual lines.
- Bug Fix — Diet answers from an assessment now save to the member's profile in the right format.
October 6, 2026
- Billing — The Payors tab has a View filter, Payors or Members. Members lists each member's payors and payment methods with a Method Status, and can filter to private pay members with no usable payment method. Centers with a private pay benefit type open on Members.
- Billing — A private pay invoice can't be finalized without a payor. The finalize options turn off, and Bill To shows a card that names the member and links to their contacts. The invoice page shows the same card.
- Billing — Invoices made from the Benefits tab bill the member's first active payor for private pay, and finalizing fills an empty payor from the benefit type, billing plan or member. The row's status shows a spinner while the invoice is created.
- Billing — Voided payments, credit memos and invoices show $0.00 remaining in the billing tables. Their amounts stay.
- Billing — The invoice Status filter adds Open, and the date range comes first. Payments and Credit Memos drop the Last Days filter and open on Latest with paging, like Invoices and Claims.
- Billing — Attendance, transportation and trip stop items whose charge code has no rate on the benefit type show Needs Attention with the Charge Code reason.
- Invoices — Payment activity on an invoice shows up without a refresh.
- Reports — A report that can't run with the chosen filters explains why in a warning. Filters that take several values let you pick more than one.
- Reports — Invoice Lines takes a custom date range again, up to 60 days, and more than one benefit type.
October 5, 2026
- Care — Service plans now keep an Activity log at the bottom of the Service Plan tab. It records who created the plan and when, then each change after that: goals and services added, edited or removed, dates, notes, signatures, activation and completion.
- Care — Assessments and forms have the same Activity log at the bottom of their settings window, after Signatures. It records who created the record, the template chosen, saved changes, signatures, sharing, completion and reopening.
- Care — Each assessment and form card has a gear button that opens its settings window directly. Completed and canceled records open read-only, with the log.
- Care — Log entries can't be edited or removed. A change made after a record is closed adds an entry that names the field, such as "edited Notes after completion", without the old or new value. The newest three entries show first, and Show More lists the rest.
- Care — Answers, review submissions and signatures given in Connect appear in the log under the name of the person who gave them.
- Billing — Save Credit now offers only the prepay actually paid, less what the month has used so far. An Open invoice with no payment offers no credit, and a part-paid one offers only what was paid.
- Billing — Save Credit shows only on the Finalize tab of the Process Invoice window, and the credit is saved only once the invoice finalizes. The Open and Finalize tabs now sit above Save Credit.
- Invoices — A finalized invoice that still owes money shows Charge as its main button, so a declined card can be charged again. Charge opens the Collect Payment window, and the menu offers Collect Payment before the invoice is first sent too.
- Invoices — A declined card shows the reason in plain words, such as "Your card was declined.", and the window stays open to try again. The invoice page shows the finalized invoice right away, without a reload.
- Attendance — Adding a new attendance with a Canceled date now asks about a cancellation fee, the same way cancelling an existing attendance does.
- Reports — Special Diets shows three figures that add up to the member count: Regular diet, Special diets and No diet recorded. The Texture-modified and Thickened liquids figures are gone, and those diets stay in the Diet filter.
- Reports — The Special Diets Diet filter adds Regular only and No diet recorded.
- Bug Fix — On every report, choosing All again after picking a filter now shows the full list without a page refresh. A report link that carries filters opens with those filters applied.
- Billing — Each benefit type now has a Mode that replaces the Generate Claims switch: Individual, the claims mode, or Grouped. Individual bills each member on their own invoice. Grouped bills every member of the benefit type on one invoice per period, to one payor.
- Billing — Grouped benefit types bill in arrears and need a payor. The Payor list shows the center's group payors.
- Billing — On the Benefits tab, a Grouped benefit type's card has a Draft Invoice button. It creates one invoice for every member who attended in the period and opens it. After that the button reads View Invoice. Member rows show each member's share.
- Invoices — A new Grouped print layout lists each member in their own section with a subtotal. Any charge with no member prints last under "Other charges".
- Invoices — A grouped invoice's CSV lists every line with its member: Member, Date, Charge Code, Rate, Quantity, Unit and Amount.
- Invoices — Each benefit type can choose its own print layout: Default, Envelope or Grouped. Left empty, it uses the center's layout.
- Invoices — The Invoices tab member filter finds a grouped invoice for any member on it.
- Invoices — Payment options at finalize now follow the payor. Card payors keep Charge and the secure pay page email. Other payors get Email invoice with no pay link. Claims invoices offer Submit claims and Print.
- Reports — New Invoice Lines report in the Reports list. It lists every invoice line with its invoice repeated on each row, filtered by date range, benefit type, payer and status. Download CSV gives a file ready for an outside biller to import.
- Reports — Each row shows the invoice number, member, invoice dates, status, totals, balance and the line's date, charge code, HCPCS code, description, quantity, unit, rate and amount. Payments and credits show as invoice totals, as they do on the invoice.
- Reports — The invoice number on each row opens that invoice.
- Reports — Invoice Lines counts the same invoices as the Invoices report for the same filters, so their totals match.
- Reports — Invoice Lines reads live billing data each time it runs and covers a day, week or month at a time.
- Billing — Invoice lines now show Rate, Qty, Unit and Amount in that order everywhere: the Invoice Lines tab, the printed invoice, the CSV download and every invoice line form.
- Billing — The printed invoice and the CSV spell out their column headings: Description, Credits/Payments and Balance instead of Items, Cr./Pmt. and Bal. The CSV gains a Unit column.
- Billing — An invoice line's unit follows the benefit type's rate for its charge code, such as hour or each. Lines with no rate unit show the unit saved on the line.
- Billing — Quantities follow the charge code's rounding. Quarter Hour and Half Hour codes show two decimals, such as 2.50, a Decimal rounding shows its set number of places, and other codes show the quantity as it is, such as 1.
- Billing — Service lines on an invoice now show their unit when opened.
October 3, 2026
- Attendance — Centers can offer a cancellation fee when staff cancel an attendance. With the setting on, saving a cancellation opens "Add a cancellation fee?". It lists the center's cancellation fee charge codes with each one's rate for the member's benefit. Picking one adds a completed service for that day, and "No fee" keeps the cancellation with no charge.
- Attendance — The fee window opens from Edit Attendance, from Cancel Attendance on the Care Attendance page, and from the Canceled column of a member's attendance table. Changing or clearing an existing cancellation doesn't ask again, and neither does checking the member in.
- Billing — A cancellation fee bills as a service line named after its charge code, such as "Attendance Late Cancellation", on the cancelled day. The cancelled day itself still bills nothing.
- Billing — The fee window has a Benefit field, set to the attendance's benefit. Choosing another benefit bills the fee to that benefit and moves the attendance to it too.
- Care — Ad hoc services in a member's Task Log show their notes. A cancellation fee's note reads like "Attendance Late Cancellation - Sick".
- Billing — Charge code categories are now set by each center. The old default list of Hair, Nails and Shower is gone, and the Categories field on a charge code stays hidden until the center adds its own. Categories already saved on a charge code are kept.
- Bug Fix — Clearing a cancel date on the Care Attendance page or a member's attendance table now removes the cancellation. Before, Clear left it in place.
September 30, 2026
- Billing — On a prepaid monthly plan, the first invoice line is named after the benefit type and month, such as "20 Hour Monthly Plan - October", instead of "Advance Payment - October". Lines saved before this change keep their old name.
- Billing — When an attendance day uses up a prepaid plan's hours partway through, the invoice splits that day into two lines on its own. The hours up to the limit stay on the prepaid charge code, and the rest bill on the overage charge code at its rate. Day attendance and transportation attendance both split, the day is rounded before the split, and the attendance stays one record.
- Billing — Each half of a split day shows its own time span, such as "9:10 AM - 12:10 PM" for the covered hours and "12:10 PM - 2:18 PM" for the overage.
- Billing — Prepaid invoices end with a "Prepaid hours applied" line dated the last day of the month. It credits the covered attendance, up to the prepayment, and never covers overage. Each covered line shows its own credit under Credits/Payments with a $0.00 balance, so the invoice balance is the overage alone. The Invoice Lines tab, the printed invoice and the CSV all show it, and it replaces the running count of prepayment left.
- Billing — Once either half of a split day is saved, editing that line keeps it as it is. Its charge code can't be changed, and saving it again doesn't rewrite the day.
- Billing — Attendance lines on invoices show times to the minute, such as "9:00 AM - 2:52 PM" instead of "9AM - 2PM".
- Billing — On a finalized invoice, the header button is now Download Invoice on every tab except Payments, where it stays Add Payment. The old Receipt button and the Download Receipt menu item downloaded the invoice, so they are gone.
- Payments — Payers who pay through the Pay Now link now get a receipt by email. On the invoice's Payments tab, the payment's Receipt button opens that receipt.
- Payments — When a check, cash or other manual payment is fully applied to invoices, the payer gets a Payment received email. It shows the amount, date, method, payment number and each invoice's remaining balance, with the invoice attached. Manual refunds send a Refund issued email the same way.
- Payments — Staff can now record a manual refund by entering a negative amount with Type Refund. The form warns when the amount's sign doesn't match the type.
- Payments — Finalize & Charge and Open & Charge now save the invoice and email it to the payer once the charge goes through, marked as paid. Bank account charges email once the payment clears, and declined charges send nothing.
- Payments — Card refunds show a Receipt button that opens the original receipt, which lists the refund.
- Billing — Printed invoices now show the service provider's name, address, phone, email and logo, on both the standard and envelope layouts. Invoices created from the Benefits tab now keep their provider, and older ones without a provider show their benefit type's.
- Billing — The Payments and Credits sections of a printed invoice show real amounts instead of $0.00. Each payment shows its number, method, amount and the part allocated to this invoice. Each credit shows the part applied to this invoice, and the rows add up to the invoice totals.
- Billing — Every date on a printed invoice now reads like 9/23/26. The envelope layout keeps the weekday on line dates.
- Billing — The line table on a printed invoice has an Invoice Line Items heading and a new Unit column, in the order Rate, Qty, Unit, Amount.
- Billing — An invoice's Download CSV shows the same payment rows, credit rows and dates as the printed invoice.
- Billing — The Billable tab now lists every billable record as its own row: each attendance day, each attendance transportation leg, each trip stop and each billable service, in start time order within each day.
- Billing — Each Billable row's description says what the record is and when, such as "Attendance 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM", "Attendance Transportation · Arrival" or "Transportation · Departure". Canceled and complimentary days say so in the description.
- Billing — A red Needs Attention status marks Billable rows that can't bill as they are, with the reason at the end of the description, such as Invalid benefit or No charge code. The Status filter can list these rows alone.
- Billing — On the Billable tab, a service row opens the care task's details, a trip stop row opens the trip stop, and attendance rows open the attendance.
- Billing — Above the Billable table, each benefit type with an invoice schedule has a button showing its row count. Pressing it opens the Benefits tab on that type for the same dates.
- Billing — The Members tab adds a Services group after Transportation, counts transportation billed from trips, and ends with a Total row that sums every column.
- Billing — On the Billable tab, Open now shows as a blue status and Closed as gray.
- Care — Medication, care plan and ad hoc service tasks have a Files area below Notes for photos and documents. Files stay on the task after it is completed and also show when the task opens from the Task Log.
- Care — Staff can add files on the same days they can edit the task, and an admin using Admin Edit can add them on any day. Once a task is billed, no one can add files. Admin tasks have no Files area.
- Billing — The member benefit form has a Files field, so a prior authorization or other document can be kept with the benefit. Upload, open and remove files as you do on the insurance form.
- Attendance — One-click check-ins now use the current time when staff press check in. Before, they could use the time the page was opened. The shared time button reads Now until someone picks a time, and Use current time switches back.
- Bug Fix — All Claims no longer leaves out claims updated on the last day of the selected range.
September 28, 2026
- Members — The Demographics tab has a Social Security # field. It shows only the last four digits, such as •••-••-6789, and permitted staff can reveal, change or clear the full number.
- Members — Viewing or changing a full Social Security number asks staff to sign in again when their last sign-in is more than 15 minutes old. Every view and change of the full number is recorded.
- Permissions — Two new Care permissions control Social Security numbers, one for the number alone and one for all sensitive member fields. Full Access includes both. Staff without either see a notice where the field would be.
- Face Sheet — The face sheet can show the last four digits of a member's Social Security number. It is off by default, set per center, and never prints the full number.
- Forms — A short-text form question can save to the member's Social Security number. It shows the same masked field as the profile, saves straight to the member, and never keeps the number on the form. Review skips it.
- Bug Fix — The member export no longer prints a MAR medication's quantity twice.
- Reports — On AR Aging and Spend Summary, a member's name now opens the Billing page's Invoices tab with that member already selected, so you can see the invoices behind the row. Spend Summary member names were not links before.
- Reports — From Spend Summary, the Invoices tab opens on the report's own day or calendar month. Any other range opens on Latest, so none of the invoices the report counted are hidden. From AR Aging, the tab opens on Latest.
- Reports — On Spend Summary, a consolidated invoice that cannot be split by member still shows as one Grouped row, and that row now opens the invoice.
- Medications — The Quality field on profile medications is now Quantity, on the medication form, the medication card, the face sheet and the member record export. Promoting a profile medication to the MAR now fills in its quantity.
- Medications — The Profile Only view of the Medications tab on the Members page has a new Quantity column.
- Attendance — A new center setting hides Batch Attendance on the Attendance page for centers that don't want it. It is off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.
September 25, 2026
- Care — A member's diagnoses and conditions can now carry an ICD-10 code. Search the full ICD-10-CM list by code, such as E11.9, or by words from the diagnosis, then pick a match.
- Care — The code is optional. Conditions saved without one still save, and existing conditions are unchanged. The Diagnoses & Conditions list shows each condition's code and counts how many conditions have none.
- Care — The face sheet shows each condition's ICD-10 code beside its name, and assessment Conditions tables gain an ICD-10 column.
- Billing — On a member's benefit, ICD-10 Primary and ICD-10 Charge Codes now offer the codes from that member's conditions. Custom still accepts any code, and codes already saved on a benefit are kept.
- Care Plans — Assessments and forms now open on their own full page instead of a pop-up window, from a member's record and from the Assessments and Forms tabs on Care Members. Each form has its own link you can bookmark or share with a colleague.
- Care Plans — The form builder opens on its own full page from the Forms list, and a new form goes straight to the builder once it is created. Center Setup still opens the builder in a window.
- Care Plans — Deleting an assessment from its page now takes you back to where you came from.
- Reports — New Risk & Safety Indicators report. It has one row per member with their Member ID, status, the risk and safety indicators on their health record, and the date that record last changed. Each member's name opens their care record.
- Reports — Search by name, Member ID or indicator, or filter by status or by one indicator. The Indicator list only offers indicators your members actually have, in your center's order.
- Reports — Summary cards at the top count members with any indicator, plus Fall Risk and Elopement Risk by default. Your center can choose which indicators get a card.
- Reports — Reports that show current information only no longer flash date controls while they load.
- Care Plans — Service templates can now be set to As Needed in the Frequency field. An As Needed template needs no goal and no schedule, and it appears in the Task Library when staff add a task. This replaces the separate Ad hoc switch on the template form.
- Care Plans — Older ad hoc templates open as As Needed and no longer ask for a schedule they never used.
- Care Plans — As Needed services on a member's service plan no longer show "Invalid date". Their cards leave out the date, days and times.
September 24, 2026
- Face Sheet — The face sheet now shows the member's Religion next to race. When religion is set to Other, the face sheet shows what was typed in.
September 23, 2026
- Activities — Long member names in an activity's engagement list now wrap onto a second line instead of being cut off, and the capture controls stay lined up across rows.
- Care Plans — Printed care plans now show every Contacts field. Long names, addresses and emails wrap to fit the page instead of running off the edge.
- Care Plans — Long tables on a printed care plan or assessment continue onto the next page instead of being cut off at the bottom, and table text prints at one consistent size.
- Member Chart — Export Record now includes date-ranged sections: Vitals, Incidents, Assessments, Forms, Service Plans, Notes and Files. Pick a date range and the packet lists only records from that range, and the vitals chart covers the same range.
- Member Chart — Notes print with date, author and text. Files print with folder, name, kind, size, uploader and upload date. The file contents themselves are not added to the packet.
- Member Chart — The export form offers only the sections a user can open on the member's profile, and a template never adds one they can't see. The Face Sheet follows the same rule.
- Member Chart — Exports now print active records only for benefits, health insurance, diagnoses, service plans and medications. Assessment and form summaries list completed documents. Blank fields are left out.
- Member Chart — Medications print the way the Face Sheet shows them, with the name first and one line per filled-in detail. Selected No Known Allergies choices print as a single line above the allergy list.
- Member Chart — Files attached to diagnoses, allergies, advance directives and health insurance print by name. Custom Fields print the center's questions with the member's answers.
- Member Chart — Changing the template keeps the date range you picked, the packet no longer ends with blank pages, and every vital sign prints instead of the first four.
- Member Chart — Facial Recognition is no longer an export section.
- Transportation — A trip that is scheduled or cancelled can now be deleted from its trip form, along with its stops, even when a recurring schedule created it.
- Transportation — Completed and cancelled trips on the Day Board now open their trip form for viewing.
- Payments — Creating a new payment account for a center works again.
September 22, 2026
- Transportation — A new Day Board tab opens first on the Transportation page. It shows one day and one direction with every active vehicle side by side, each vehicle's trips in start-time order, and seats used and status on every trip.
- Transportation — Drag a rider to a new spot in the same trip, onto a trip on another vehicle, or back to the Unscheduled list. Changes apply to that day only and never touch the recurring schedule. Past days are read only.
- Transportation — Trips the schedules will run show on the board with a Preview label before they exist. Opening, dragging into or editing one creates that trip, and the day's other previews stay as they are.
- Transportation — A rider added or moved since the trip was planned carries an Added or Moved label.
- Transportation — Each rider's stop has one options menu, on the board and in the trip form, with Edit, Move, Move Up, Move Down, Cancel Stop and Unschedule. A cancelled stop offers Restore Stop instead, and clicking a stop opens its stop form directly.
- Transportation — Add Trip under a vehicle fills in the driver, a start time just after that vehicle's last trip, and a numbered name such as "Morning Pickup #2".
- Transportation — Schedule Members changes one day's arrival and departure for several members at once, with an optional trip for each, and leaves their recurring schedule alone. The results list what saved for each member, with Retry for anything that did not.
- Transportation — The Unscheduled list hides when nobody is waiting, and a cancelled stop no longer puts its rider back on it. Manage Trips counts unscheduled riders the same way.
- Transportation — Trip schedules can be edited at any time, even after trips have been created from them. Trips already created keep their own riders and times. The Schedules list sorts by status, direction and start time, and gained a Direction filter.
- Transportation — Any trip stop that has not been billed can now be deleted from the stop form, and a cancelled stop can be restored from the same form.
- Transportation — Directions read Arrival and Departure everywhere, including the driver app. Trip previews no longer appear on past dates.
- Transportation Billing — The four Transportation Billing options on a benefit type now read Not billed, From trips, From attendance record and Trip time as attendance, each with a short description.
- Transportation — Trips for a day now read top to bottom in time order, with scheduled trips and upcoming ones in one list. A trip that has a start time but no end time shows the start on its own, and trips with no times sort last.
- Transportation — A rider's stop now shows a status beside their name in the list, all four times on the stop itself, and the full activity log with who recorded each entry and when.
- Transportation — Drivers can cancel a stop at any point without having to arrive first. No Show still applies only after arrival. Cancelling moves the driver to the next stop and records who cancelled it.
- Transportation — Trip names and scheduled times now come from the trip itself, so renaming a template no longer changes trips that already ran. A trip with no name of its own says so plainly instead of borrowing one.
- Transportation — Once the last rider is dropped off on an outbound trip, the trip reads Returning to Center for both staff and drivers. Inbound trips heading in with riders aboard still read En Route To Center.
- Transportation — A new center setting checks riders in automatically when the driver confirms an inbound drop-off. It is off unless you turn it on. The confirmation names the riders first, and riders who were cancelled or marked no-show are left out. Anyone already checked in keeps their original time.
- Transportation — Member addresses and phone numbers now load with the trip screens, so a rider's contact details appear the first time you open transportation instead of only after visiting another page.
- Billing — The prepaid amount on a benefit type and on an invoice now uses the plan's own rate for that date, and adds up every prepaid charge code instead of only the first one.
- Billing — Claim groups on a benefit type show charge code names instead of codes, and only offer charge codes that match the chosen sources. Every picker in a claim group can be cleared, and the patient status picker now has the right label.
- Billing — Claim code answers on benefit types and member benefits can be cleared.
- Billing — A charge code override on a member's benefit can be cleared.
September 21, 2026
- Transportation Billing — A benefit type now carries a Transportation Billing field with four modes, replacing the per-member toggle that used to sit on the member's benefit.
- Transportation Billing — Each trip stop records the trip's date, and a stop can carry its own member benefit and charge code. A leg bills the stop's plan, then the schedule's, then the attendance's.
- Transportation Billing — Checking a member in marks their arrival as Center when they had an inbound stop that day, and a completed outbound stop marks their departure the same way. Times are never changed, and a leg that has already been billed is never rewritten.
- Transportation Billing — Invoices can bill one Transportation Attendance line per attended day, running pickup to dropoff at the attendance rate. A missing, no-show or cancelled leg falls back to check-in or check-out.
- Transportation Billing — Invoices can also bill one line per completed or no-show leg, with an All Transportation rollup per member, day and charge code.
- Transportation Billing — The Source on a transportation line opens the records behind it, and each row opens that record's own form.
- Transportation Billing — The trip stop form names the leg in its header, shows the date, locks the member on a saved stop, and locks every field once the leg is billed.
- Reports — Every ID shown in a billing report now opens its record in a new tab, including cells listing several ids. Subtotal, total and grouped rows stay unlinked, and the columns, filters and CSV are unchanged.
- Reports — AR Aging is now one row per member grouped by payer, with Private Pay as a single group. The member's name opens their billing view, and subtotals, the grand total and the summary figures all still reconcile.
- Reports — Consolidated invoices that bill many members on one document now split per member, so Spend Summary and AR Aging show each member instead of hiding them behind a grouped row.
- Reports — The Claims export fills in Insurance Member ID, Group #, Prior Auth and ICD-10 from the member's benefit record. Values that genuinely have no source stay empty.
- Reports — The Invoices report shows a Service Provider for generated invoices, including ones created before this change.
- Reports — Printed reports now fit the page width and wrap instead of clipping.
- Credits — Applying a credit now happens before payment is taken, so the amount collected is the balance after credits rather than the full total. An invoice fully covered by credit settles with no payment step at all.
- Credits — The collect list groups Open, Finalized, then Don't send payment. Charging an open invoice now offers the same saved payment method picker as a finalized one, and an invoice with nothing left to pay reads No Charge.
- Credits — Credit memos start unchecked, so only the credits you pick are applied.
- Credits — Invoice emails and PDFs show the amount due after credits, and the PDF lists the credits applied.
- Credits — Credit memo listings gained an Allocated column.
- Payments — Centers can now see their own payment account setup in the app. A new payments tab lists each account with its status, onboarding progress, and whether charges and payouts are enabled.
- Payments — From that tab a center can resume onboarding while work remains, or open their own payment dashboard. Problems show the reason in place.
- Payments — An onboarding contact can be recorded for the account, and a fresh onboarding link can be emailed to that address.
September 18, 2026
- Members — Photo permission now reads Photos on the Face Sheet, member details, Members cards, Sort By menu, Members report and family Connect. The edit toggle reads Allow Photos. Existing permissions and sorting are unchanged.
- Members — Spanish member profiles use Fotos and the edit toggle uses Permitir fotos. The member edit page also translates Allowed and Declined. The Members list, report and family Connect still use English; Face Sheet values also stay English.
- Attendance — When cancelling a member's day, choose Other where the reason list previously said Custom. It stays at the end of the list and opens the same box for your reason.
September 17, 2026
- Contacts — A contact can belong to several members at once, and the Members Dashboard Contacts tab now shows it. A new Members column counts how many members have each contact, and the Relationship column shows the contact's relationships instead of sitting blank
- Contacts — Add Contact now looks for the contact before making a new one. Type a first or last name and matching center contacts list under Select existing, each with its type and relationships, so one doctor stops becoming five copies of the same doctor. Pick one to add it to the member
- Contacts — A contact the member already has still shows in that list, greyed out with a check and Already added, so it is clear why it is not offered
- Contacts — When nothing matches, the button reads Continue Creating and opens the full form with the names already filled in
- Contacts — Adding a physician or case manager lists only contacts of that type
- Contacts — Editing a contact that other members share ends with a collapsed Shared (n) section listing them. Hover a member to reveal an X that removes the contact from that member after a confirmation, and click a member's name to open their own Contacts tab
- Contacts — The button in the contact window header now matches what the contact is. On a shared contact it removes the contact from the member you opened it from and leaves everyone else untouched. On a contact only one member has, it deletes the contact, and the confirmation names the contact and asks if you are sure you want to delete it
- Contacts — Remove on a contact card takes the contact off that member only. Delete appears on the card menu as well, but only when that member is the contact's last one
- Contacts — A contact marked as a payor is now tracked per member. Opening a shared contact shows whether that member pays, turning it on sets up that member's payment record, and removing the contact from one member leaves the others' records alone
- Contacts — The contact window header names the member whose contact you opened, the same way every other pop-up form does
- Member Benefits — Benefit usage now shows whether or not the benefit has a limit. On the member's benefit card, Tracked reads the units used against the limit when there is one, and the plain count with a full bar when there is not. Billed always reads billed units against tracked units
- Member Benefits — The Benefits tab on Member Dashboards and a benefit type's Member Benefits tab show the same Tracked and Billed figures as the card, including for benefits with no limit. The two columns now sit next to Limit Days, in the table and the export
- Member Benefits — The benefit card lists how many attendances have used the benefit, across all dates
- Member Benefits — When attended days cannot be counted toward usage because no charge code applies to them, the benefit card says so and gives the number of attendances affected
- Member Benefits — A new Re-run Utilization option on the benefit card menu recounts that benefit's usage on demand. The option spins until the recount finishes and the card updates in place
- Member Benefits — Attendance without its own charge code now counts toward the charge code marked Default on the benefit type, the same one the benefit type's Charge Codes tab shows
- Member Benefits — A second attendance on a day the member already attended no longer uses up another day of a weekly, monthly or total day limit
September 16, 2026
- Medications — The medication form no longer shows the pre-pour and multi-dose toggles twice. One pair of toggles remains, labelled Allow Pre-Pour and Allow Multi-Dose, and they translate properly. A duplicate pair labelled "Multi-Dosage Packaging" has been removed
- Medications — The pre-pour and multi-dose toggles now appear only for centers that have the feature turned on. Before, one copy showed everywhere
September 15, 2026
- Billing — Refund a card payment straight from its payment record. A new Refund button opens a form pre-filled with the full refundable amount, with an optional memo. The header reads how much has been refunded and how much is still refundable, and the button disappears once a payment is fully refunded
- Billing — A refund posts as its own record reading Pending confirmation until the card network confirms it, then shows the confirmed date. Amounts over the refundable limit are blocked before submitting, and a failed refund leaves the form open with the reason shown
- Billing — Invoice summaries gain a Refunds/Chargebacks line between Payments and Outstanding, so Payments reads the gross amount again. The line appears on screen, on the printed invoice and in the CSV export, and is hidden entirely on an invoice with no reversals
- Billing — The Invoices list shows a red Refund or Chargeback pill beside the status, while an invoice is Open, Unpaid or Partial. A paid invoice shows no pill
- Billing — Disputed payments are now handled end to end. A dispute is recorded against the payment with its amount and reason, a dispute resolved against the center reverses the payment and returns the invoice balance, and one resolved in the center's favour is logged with no money moved
- Billing — A failed payment attempt now shows why on the invoice log, with the reason and the last four digits of the card that failed
- Billing — Saved payment methods can be given a name. A pen and trash icon on each row rename or remove it, so a card reads Mom's Visa •••• 4242 everywhere it is offered. Clearing the name returns it to the card description
- Forms — New Phone question type. It formats as you type, caps at ten digits and opens the phone keypad on a tablet or phone
- Forms — Pick a sync target on any question to build a ready-made table for it: contacts, providers, hospital preference, profile medications, conditions, directives, allergies or insurance. The columns and their option lists are filled in for you and locked, while labels and placeholders stay editable
- Forms — Read-only and printed tables now head their columns with the column's label instead of its internal key
- Forms — A table column with more than six options now opens the options list in a window instead of spreading buttons across the row
- Connect — A shared form containing a question type Connect cannot show now says This question is not supported in Connect instead of rendering an empty table. A required question of that kind no longer blocks Submit for review
- Connect — Opening a record from a completed form now opens it read-only instead of doing nothing
- Connect — Connect has its own Sync page, reached from the sync icon in the header
- Sync — A save the server refuses now stops instead of retrying in a loop. The sync icon stays visible after a page refresh so the problem is not lost, and each issue card can be retried or discarded individually
- Members — The member profile now shows the member's name in the top bar, at any scroll position
- Members — Pop-up forms opened for a member show that member's name under the title. On a form where you pick the member, the name appears as soon as you pick one. Names follow your center's name format setting
- Members — The service plan header lists every assessed item. A score of zero now prints as 0, and an item with no assessment prints --. Before, both dropped off the line
- Members — On the face sheet, the Home, Work and Fax numbers now print formatted, matching the main phone line
- Members — Contacts synced from a provider question are now filed under Primary Care Provider or Specialty Provider, matching the center's contact type list
- Search — Search boxes no longer autocorrect, spellcheck or offer autofill suggestions
September 13, 2026
- Billing — The Invoices and Claims tabs now open on a new Latest option: the most recent invoices (by billing period start) or claims (by last update) first, with no date range to pick. Press Load More under the table to add the next set
- Billing — Under Latest, pick a date on the calendar to see everything from that date forward, newest first. If nothing matches, a Today button takes you back to the latest list
- Billing — The Claims tab shows claims the first time you open it. Before, it could stay empty until the Invoices tab had been opened. A claim whose invoice can't be found now shows with the invoice details blank instead of being hidden
- Billing — The Claims Status filter lists every claim status, including Needs Attention, Denied, Reversed and Warning
- Billing — The Day, Week and Month views on the Invoices tab list the newest billing period first, and your chosen date range stays selected when you reload the page
- Billing — On the Files tab, Load More sits at the bottom left of the table next to the number of rows loaded. Long filter lists on billing pages scroll inside the filter panel
- Billing — On the Benefits tab, members on a prepaid plan are listed even with no attendance, including next month before anyone has attended. A new Prepay column shows each member's advance payment, and Total shows what the period bills: the prepay plus any usage past the prepaid hours
- Billing — The totals card on a prepaid plan adds an Advance Pay row. Voided or canceled invoices no longer count toward Unbilled or any other amount
- Billing — Plans billed at the start of the current month open on the current month in the period selector
- Credit Memos — New Open status for credit a payor is owed. When creating a credit memo, pick Status: Draft (the default) is tied to an invoice and needs one selected; Open stays on the payor's account with no invoice and needs a reason
- Credit Memos — A credit memo created from an invoice is always a Draft for that invoice. Auto Apply on a memo's lines stays disabled until the memo is attached to an invoice
- Invoicing — Finalizing an invoice lists the payor's open credits under Apply Credits, checked by default. Uncheck one to keep it for later. Checked credits come off the amount due and are posted when the invoice finalizes. Changing Bill To shows that payor's credits instead
- Invoicing — When a prepaid month uses less than was paid, the finalize screen offers Save Credit. Check it to keep the unused amount as an open credit for the payor who prepaid, ready for their next invoice. Nothing is saved unless you check it
- Invoicing — The finalize screen shows a Payments row when the invoice already has payments, so the amounts add up to the amount due
- Invoicing — A fully paid prepaid invoice lists as Paid after finalizing, or Partial when an overage is still owed, matching the invoice itself. Before, invoice lists showed Unpaid
- Invoicing — Invoices on plans billed at the start of the current month take their due date from the first of the month plus the plan's Due In days, instead of from the month end. Staff can still edit the date, and opening the invoice no longer changes it
- Invoicing — Opening a prepaid invoice prices the Advance Payment at the rate in effect for that month. If no rate covers the month, the invoice does not open and says why
- Invoicing — An open prepaid invoice shows Prepay Due, what is still owed on the advance payment. It drops to $0.00 once the payment lands
- Invoicing — On prepaid invoice lines, the Advance Payment row shows the prepaid credit. Each covered visit shows its real rate and amount, Credits/Payments counts the remaining credit down visit by visit, and each covered visit's balance is $0.00
- Invoicing — Voiding an invoice asks for a reason, which appears with the void on the Activity tab. Open invoices can be voided as well as finalized ones. An invoice with payments or credit memos applied explains that those must be voided first
- Invoicing — A voided invoice shows its amounts struck through and marked Voided, so it no longer reads as money owed
- Member Dashboard — Every tab on the Care Members dashboard has a Groups filter right under Member Status: Members, Service Plans, Assessments, Forms, Medications, Benefits and Contacts. Pick a group to see only its members' rows, or All to see everyone
- Member Dashboard — The Groups filter shows on every member status, including Inactive, Pending and Hold, opens already expanded, and appears only when your center has groups set up
September 10, 2026
- Reports — New Attendance Grid: one row per member and payer source, one column per day of the month, with a total per member and per day. Switch Mode to Units to see the hours or units billed each day instead of an attendance mark. Filter by payer source, then print or export to CSV
- Reports — New Food Count: one row per member with a column for each meal on each day, marked when the meal was served, plus per-meal totals and a summary of meals served by CACFP status. What counts as served follows your center's meal settings. Filter by CACFP status or narrow to one meal
- Reports — New Assessment Summary: a current roster with each member's latest Lawton (iADL), Katz (ADL) and Hendrich II scores, enrollment date and age at enrollment. Members missing an assessment still appear with a blank, so you can see who is due
- Reports — New Assessment Score Trend: pick an assessment and see each member's baseline score and every reassessment since, with dates, left to right
- Reports — New Allergies report: every member's allergies with type, severity, reaction, intervention, notes and attached files, including members marked No Known Allergies and members with nothing recorded. Counts at the top show allergy records, life-threatening allergies, NKA members and members with no record
- Reports — New Special Diets report: each member's diets and food allergies, with counts for special diets, texture-modified diets, thickened liquids and members with no diet recorded. Filter to one diet or to special diets only
- Reports — New DNR & Advance Directives report: each member's code status, directives on file with their files, and when the record was last updated. It flags a DNR with no active directive and a member with no code status recorded
- Reports — Each new report is turned on per center and granted by report permissions; the two assessment reports use a new Reports: Care: View permission. Report tables can now wrap long text instead of cutting it off
September 8, 2026
- Claims Processing — Background work that fails on a temporary error, such as posting a remittance or sending an invoice or receipt, is now retried automatically
- Claims Processing — Large remittances covering several centers are processed at a steadier pace, which avoids the slowdowns that could make them fail
- Claims Processing — When a payer sends a corrected (replacement) remittance, the reversal of the earlier payment now posts as a negative amount, so a claim's payment activity adds up to what was actually paid instead of looking paid two or three times
- Claims Processing — Remittance lines that pay nothing no longer add $0 rows to a claim's payment activity
- Invoicing — A payment receipt is emailed once, even when sending is retried
September 4, 2026
- Claims Processing — A remittance that hit a temporary error while posting now completes when it is retried. Invoice balances, benefit utilization and the payment notification all update once it does
- Meals — The Meals page now shows everyone who ate or checked in on the day you are viewing, including members since switched to Inactive or Hold. Their meals show on their row and count in the day's totals, so a past day matches the Meals report for that day
- Meals — Members with no meal or check-in that day still follow their current status: Active members show, Inactive members do not
- Member Profile — Every choice field on General Information can now be cleared and saved empty: Ambulatory Status, Code Status, Mobility Devices, Evacuation Assistance, Adaptive Equipment, Activities Permitted, Diet, and Risk & Safety Indicators. A cleared value no longer shows on the member's profile flags or face sheet
- Care Tasks — Changing the day on the Tasks page keeps your view (List or Members) and your task filters, such as Medications. An open task closes, since it belongs to the previous day
- Care — The day you are viewing stays selected as you move between Attendance, Tasks, Meals, Activities and Planner, instead of jumping back to today. Attendance and Meals also keep the date in the page address, so a refresh or a shared link opens the same day
September 1, 2026
- Eligibility — Eligibility checks now run for providers that bill with a Commercial Number instead of an NPI. Providers with an NPI see no change
August 31, 2026
- Member Benefits — Each benefit card carries a pill: green Current for the plan in effect today, purple Next for one that starts later, and red Conflict for a plan whose dates collide with an earlier plan of the same type
- Member Benefits — Schedule a member's next plan ahead of time with Schedule Next, the calendar icon at the top of an existing plan. It opens a new plan with the same benefit type and details, starting the day after the current plan ends, so coverage does not lapse at renewal
- Member Benefits — A plan whose dates overlap another plan of the same benefit type for that member can no longer be saved. The form names the plan it collides with and its dates, for example "Overlaps Medicaid Aug 1 – Sep 30, 2026"
- Member Benefits — Start and end dates on benefit cards read as "Aug 1, 2026"
- Reports — New Benefit Coverage report. One table lists members with no coverage today and the plan they last held; a second lists current coverage with days remaining, soonest to lapse first, open-ended plans last. Totals above show members with no coverage and plans ending in the next 30 days
- Reports — Benefit Coverage filters by member status (Active by default) and benefit type, and No Coverage lists only members with no plan at all. It reads live data as of today, is turned on per center from the reports list, and is granted with the Reports: Billing: View permission
August 27, 2026
- Members — With the Profile display, the profile flags no longer cover a member's details, so Contact Information can be read and edited again. The flags still show in the side panel and on narrow screens
August 24, 2026
- Billing — A service provider has a new Commercial Number field beside the NPI, for providers that bill Medicaid with a state-assigned provider number instead of an NPI. When the NPI is blank, claims go out on the commercial number; when both are filled in, the NPI is used
- Billing — A benefit type's billing provider override can carry its own Provider Commercial Number, so claims under that benefit type bill on it even when the service provider has an NPI. The provider rows on the benefit type show which number is in effect
- Claims — A claim's requirements accept either an NPI or a commercial number for the billing provider, and ask for "Billing Provider NPI/Commercial Number" only when neither is set. Claims for providers with an NPI are unchanged
- Platform — Security updates
August 23, 2026
- Billing — The Billing page is restructured around its tabs. The Attendances tab is now Billable: one row per billable item across every member in the date range — date, member, description, status, amount and a link to its invoice — narrowed by the same filters and search. Per-visit rate detail lives on the invoice and the attendance record
- Billing — Member billing now lives on the Billing page as the new Benefits tab instead of its own page: pick the benefit type and billing period, see the statement totals, and work the member list without leaving Billing. Existing links and the nav entry still land in the same place
- Billing — Pressing a member's row on the Benefits tab opens that period's invoice directly, creating a fresh draft when none exists yet. A member with a billing problem gets the problem named instead of an invoice. The in-between member screen is gone; its item-by-item view is the Billable tab
- Billing — A draft invoice can now be canceled with a reason — the way to record that a period should not be billed, like a prepaid month the member sat out. A canceled invoice shows its reason, cannot be finalized or edited, drops out of draft counts and dashboard alerts, and can be reverted to draft if plans change. Voiding a finalized invoice is unchanged, and the Invoices status filter now includes Canceled
- Billing — A period whose only invoice was canceled or voided now says so on the Benefits tab instead of reading as ready to bill; pressing it asks whether to open that invoice or create a new one
- Charge Codes — Hourly charge codes can round to the quarter hour or half hour, with a minutes threshold you set: on a quarter code with an 8-minute threshold, a 3h08m visit bills 3.25 hours — on the invoice and in the member's unit tracking alike. A new scenarios view shows each configuration with worked examples
- Charge Codes — On a quarter- or half-hour code, a minimum-units setting no longer inflates a short visit: a 30-minute visit bills half an hour, not a full hour
- Invoicing — Attendance that lands exactly on a benefit's hour limit is no longer flagged as overage; going 15 minutes past flags exactly the 15 minutes
- Permissions — Every Center Setup tab now has its own edit permission, and the four billing configuration tabs — Charge Codes, Billing Plans, Benefit Types, Service Providers — can be granted from either the Center or the Billing side. Existing full-access users keep everything with nothing to reconfigure
- Permissions — Landing in an app you cannot open now shows an Access Denied screen with the modules you can reach and a View All Centers button, instead of a dead end
August 20, 2026
- Billing — A benefit type can now fold each member's same-day items on one charge code into a single invoice line — the fix for payors that deny a second line of the day as a duplicate. Turn on "One line per day per charge code" on the benefit type; the folded line re-prices the day's combined time or units (a split day never double-charges) and still respects the code's unit cap, with a warning at setup when a cap is too low to ever fold
- Billing — A folded transportation day reads "Attendance Transportation" on the invoice, opens the transportation editor, sorts beside its attendance, and lands in the transportation claim group. Split attendance records whose day was folded still read Billed, with the link to their invoice
- Claims — Claims no longer go out carrying a blank procedure modifier
- Member Chart — New Export Record on the member profile assembles a member's record into one paginated PDF for audits and surveys: a cover page, an index with page numbers, the selected sections, and complete assessments, forms and service plans with their signatures, printed landscape. Configure named export templates per center — Full Export, Audit Packet and Mini Export ship ready — then pick a template or customize the sections and date range; the finished PDF opens in a new tab ready to download or print
- Member Chart — This first release exports the record types that carry no date range — profile details, services, diagnoses, allergies and medications. Date-ranged sections such as vitals and incident history follow in a later release
August 18, 2026
- Reports — New Average Census report under Reports: one row per month with operating days, scheduled, attended, canceled, incomplete and no-show member-days, the daily averages, active members at month end, and the data-quality counts (duplicate visits, secondary rows, rows missing a member or with bad times). Four figures sit above the table — Avg Daily Attended, Avg Daily Scheduled, Avg Active Members (Month End) and Operating Days — ready for a licensing filing
- Reports — Average Census opens on the last 12 months by default and the start and end dates can be changed. It is granted with its own permission, Reports: Census: View, and turned on per center from the reports list
- Reports — Average Census counts a member once per day, however many records the day carries, and reads whether the person was there from the visit itself, not from their billing status. Its header states that the app's own attendance is the authoritative record and that the report runs 15–20 minutes behind
- Reports — Deleted records no longer count in any of the billing reports (AR Aging, Claims, Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, Spend Summary), and a restored record counts again
- Attendance — Members switched to Inactive still appear on the Attendance and Meals reports for the days they were enrolled and scheduled. A report period is a question about the past; changing a member's status today no longer removes them from months already reported
- Attendance — Deleted visits, and the visits of a deleted member, are now excluded the same way across every attendance report — Attendance, Billing Summary and Details, Demographics, Transportation, Meals and the exports — so the totals agree; restoring the record or the member counts them again
- Attendance — Check-in, meals, scheduling and the other day-to-day screens are unchanged and still list active members only
- Ancillary Billing — Hair, nails, showers and other one-off services now bill from the care task that records them. Set a charge code on the service template once and it fills in on every task; the member benefit defaults to the one they are checked in under
- Ancillary Billing — Charge codes of type Service carry categories (Hair, Nails and Shower out of the box, or your own list), so the service catalog lives with the codes you already bill
- Ancillary Billing — Completed service tasks appear on the member's draft invoice at the benefit's rate and count toward that benefit's usage limits. Finalizing a line locks the task so the delivered work and the billed line cannot drift apart; releasing the line unlocks it
- Ancillary Billing — A service line whose benefit has no rate, or a rate priced by the hour or minute, is flagged on the invoice and blocks finalize instead of quietly billing zero. Service rates are priced per each
- Ancillary Billing — Correct billing from the invoice: open a service line to change its charge code or member benefit and the task behind it updates with it. The Source column reads "Service" and links to the task
- Ancillary Billing — Only tasks marked Completed are billed. A refused or pending service leaves the invoice and the total
- Care Tasks — Adding a task is now a three-step flow: pick the member, pick the task, review. Task choices are grouped into PRN medications, the member's as-needed plan services, and your ad-hoc service library
- Care Tasks — Add a task straight from the member's Task Log or from any row on the Attendance page, skipping the member step
- Care Tasks — One-off tasks that belong to no care plan now show in Care → Tasks and on the member's Task Log alongside everything else
- Care Goals — A new Ad hoc tab lists the services available for one-off tasks
- Form Builder — Show IDs now reveals the ID on every part of a form — pages, sections, questions and options — so ids can be copied for use elsewhere. Labels read "ID" throughout, and clicking the row copies it
August 13, 2026
- Billing Reports — Six billing reports are now available under Reports: AR Aging, Claims, Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos and Spend Summary. Pick a date range, narrow with the report's own filters, and export to CSV or print
- Billing Reports — AR Aging groups outstanding invoices by benefit type with aging buckets, a subtotal under each group and a grand total that reconciles to the rows above it. Invoices with no benefit type still appear, grouped on their own at the end, instead of quietly dropping out of your receivables. Each row links straight to the invoice it came from
- Billing Reports — Every report opens with a header block naming the center, the report and the period — on screen, on the printout, and at the top of the CSV. Reports print landscape, and a report that fails to load says so instead of showing an empty table
- Member Chart — Code status, risk & safety indicators and advance directives now sit on the member identity card, view-only, on every tab of the chart. A directive on the card opens that directive's form directly
- Member Chart — New Risk & Safety Indicators field on the member health form, under Code Status. Your center defines the list — Fall Risk, Elopement Risk, Vision Impairment and Hearing Impairment come set up out of the box, and you can change it
- Member Chart — The same flags follow the member to where care actually happens: the face sheet gains a Risk & Safety Indicators cell beside Code Status, and the care-task, MAR and TAR windows and the task-list member cards now show code status and risk indicators alongside the allergies they already showed
August 10, 2026
- Invoicing — New envelope invoice print layout, selectable per center. The payor's name and mailing address print in an addressed-to block, the header band lines up with a double-window envelope so a printed invoice can be mailed as-is with no charges showing through the window, and your center logo prints in the heading
- Invoicing — Printed invoice lines are easier to read: a line with no check-in and check-out now reads as its charge code instead of coming out blank, and every printed date carries its weekday. Nothing about what is billed changes — this is the printout only

- Member Files — Uploading into one of your center's standard folders no longer empties the view. The folder becomes real the moment something is filed into it, and the file list now follows it through instead of coming back blank
- Member Files — PDFs preview in the details panel again. The preview was being blocked before it could render
- Online Payments — Paying an invoice online now ends on a Seniorverse page that knows what happened: paid, already settled, canceled, or a problem. The canceled and problem pages offer a link straight back to checkout so the payor can try again, and none of them ask anyone to sign in. Built phone-first, since the link arrives by email
August 6, 2026
- Member Files — Member documents now live in real folders. A file browser replaces the old flat list: folders and files together, breadcrumb navigation, sortable columns, search, counts, and empty states. Folders nest as deep as you like, and create, rename, delete and move all persist
- Member Files — Your center's standard folder list appears on every member with nothing to set up, and editing that list updates every member at once. A folder from that list becomes a real folder the moment something is filed into it
- Member Files — Upload lands files in the folder you are standing in and records who uploaded them. PDFs and images preview right in the details panel instead of every look being a download; other file types stay download-only. A file over the 15 MB limit now says so instead of quietly disappearing
- Member Files — A folder with anything in it can no longer be deleted — you are told why. Empty folders and individual files delete as before
- Member Files — Work on many files at once: row checkboxes with a select-all header, a selection bar with Move and Delete for everything checked, and the selection count in the status strip. Your center's standard folders can't be selected, and a bulk delete stops with a message if any checked folder still has items in it
- Member Files — Search now uses the standard search box with its own clear button, and while a search is active the header says what you are searching for
- Medications — Profile-only medications gain a free-text Quality field for notes like extended release, chewable, or brand vs generic. It shows on the medication card when filled in, can be turned on as a face-sheet field, and comes across from assessment imports. Promoting a medication to the MAR is unchanged — quality stays on the profile record
- Printing — Printed and emailed PDFs use the app's own typeface and show their status icons again. Previously every PDF fell back to a default font and the icons came out blank
July 30, 2026
- Payment Methods — Payors at centers on the current payment setup can add a card again
July 29, 2026
- Invoicing — New Finalize & Collect step on a draft invoice: the amount, who it bills to, and how to collect it — email a payment link, or don't send and print / take payment offline. Finalizing no longer forces an email, and an invoice with no payor email finalizes cleanly. Print prepares the draft first, so it is no longer a dead end
- Invoicing — A finalized invoice that hasn't been paid reopens the same screen as Collect payment: change the payor, change how you're collecting, resend, or print — until it's paid. The invoice's main button now follows its state: Finalize, then Add Payment, then Receipt
- Invoicing — Claims invoices go through the same step, with Submit claims pre-selected and the button reading Finalize & Submit Claims. Printing an MCO invoice still doesn't submit anything
- Invoicing — Collect what you're owed from a saved payment method without waiting on the payor: pick a stored card or bank account and charge it from the same screen. A decline shows the reason inline, posts nothing, and leaves the screen open to retry with another method
- Invoicing — Receipts: a charge emails the payor a receipt and the payment keeps a link to it; payments you record by hand get a generated PDF receipt, emailed when the payor has an email address
- Payment Methods — Bank accounts can now be saved on file beside cards, verified instantly, and used anywhere a saved card can be. A bank account being verified shows as pending until it's confirmed, and removing one works exactly like removing a card
- Invoicing — Prepay billing can now run as an open month: the invoice opens on the 1st and emails the payor its prepay link, keeps collecting the month's visits as they happen, and settles the remainder when you finalize at month-end. Existing prepay plans are untouched — they keep finalizing in one step, and nothing needed migrating. An open invoice is never counted as past due, and only the payor's own payment posts to it while it's open
- Member Benefits — The benefits table's Unit Limit column is now two columns, Tracked and Billed, and the CSV export matches
- Payors — Opening a payor whose contact wasn't already loaded no longer shows a blank contact name — the linked contact loads with the form
July 28, 2026
- Member Billing — New Members billing page under Billing: pick a benefit type and a billing period, see the period's totals and counts on a statement card, and work a members list that tells you who is ready to bill and who needs attention
- Member Billing — The Status column now reports each member's real invoice status for that benefit type and period — billed, sent, paid — instead of only whether they could be billed. A member with a billing problem always reads Needs attention, several invoices in a period report the least-progressed one, and a voided invoice reads as no invoice so the period still needs billing
- Member Billing — New member drill-in: every billable item for the member's period in one table — attendances, transportation legs, and legs that were scheduled but never happened — with an item-type filter, plus a card per billing period. Clicking a period card opens its invoice, creating it from the period's preview first
- Member Billing — The invoice send now finishes visibly: a completed, failed, or skipped send updates the invoice screen for everyone viewing it, with its activity entries, instead of leaving a spinner that never resolves
- Benefit Types — Benefit types now carry their own invoice schedule (weekly or monthly, with the day it anchors to and when payment is due) in a new Invoice Schedule section, plus the payor their invoices bill to when the type bills claims. Billing periods and previews come from that schedule
- Benefit Types — New optional Invoice Code sets the prefix your invoices are numbered with, so renaming a benefit type's Code no longer renumbers future invoices. Leave it empty and invoices number from INV — nothing needs filling in
- Billing — The Billing page now shows eight tabs; Billing Plans, Benefit Types, Charge Codes, and Service Providers moved to Center Setup, where they already lived
- Member Benefits — Set a unit limit and any pre-loaded usage per charge code on a member's benefit, in a new Charge Code Unit Limits section of the benefit form
- Member Benefits — The member's benefit card now shows utilization per charge code against that limit: a Tracked row (what attendance has consumed) and a Billed row (what has reached a claim or invoice), each with its own bar, with pre-loaded usage leading the bar
- Member Benefits — The benefits table gains Day Limit and Unit Limit columns, the latter with compact tracked/billed usage at a glance
- Member Benefits — Billed and paid utilization now stay current: finalizing an invoice, voiding or un-voiding one, editing a line, posting or voiding a credit memo, and recording a direct payment all refresh the affected member benefits. Previously a voided invoice left its units counted as billed indefinitely
- Payors — The Payors table gains a Payment Method column showing whether a payor has a card or bank account on file, and the column is included in the CSV export
- Payors — A payor synced from a contact now says so: its name, address, email, and phone stay read-only with a "Synced from the linked contact" note, and a Contact row opens that contact's form right over the payor form. The contact form gains the mirror row back to the payor, so you can move between the two without leaving the screen
July 26, 2026
- Payment Processing — Save a payment card on file for a payor: open the payor, add a card, and it is stored securely for later charges. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never pass through Seniorverse. Saved cards list with a Default badge, and removing one hands preferred status to the next card automatically
- Payment Processing — A newly saved card now appears on its own the moment it is stored, with a brief "Saving…" state, instead of the page having to look for it
- Payment Processing — On phones and tablets, card entry asks you to use the web app for now; payors that already have cards still list them, and removing or seeing the preferred card works as usual
- Service Plans — A published service plan no longer offers Delete on a service or a goal. Closing a service out with Mark Inactive and an end date is the path, so a plan stays the record of what was delivered. Draft plans still delete freely
- Task Log — A day with a completed care task always shows it, whatever the service, goal, or plan status says. A service or plan with care tasks in the month now renders for that month even when the month falls outside its own start and end dates, so closing a service out no longer hides the work already done under it. An inactive service still creates nothing new
- Task Log — A service that syncs from one of your center's care services now shows its name and its vital rows and question columns, instead of appearing as an untitled empty block
July 24, 2026
- Activities — New engagement capture: open an activity from Care Activities and record, for every member checked in that day, whether they attended, a 1–5 engagement rating on five faces (Withdrawn → Highly engaged, color-coded), and one value per assistance category your center configures — for example Level of Support Needed or Behavioral Observation
- Activities — Picking a rating or an assistance value marks the member present automatically; "Mark all present" covers everyone at once, and turning a member's Present toggle off removes their record. The footer shows the attended count and the average engagement across rated members
- Activities — Each activity card now rolls up its attendance: the member circles (up to six, then a "+N"), the attended count, and the average engagement. A card with nothing recorded reads "No attendance recorded yet", and the average appears only for centers using engagement ratings
- Activities — The Care Activities page filters by a single day and, when your center has groups, a single group with an All option; a filtered-empty list offers a one-click clear
- Activities — Engagement capture is off until your center turns it on, and the assistance categories and their options are yours to define
- Transportation — New Transportation module: build recurring trip schedules with days, times, direction, vehicle, driver, and riders; manage each day's trips and stops; and track vehicles with capacity, plate, VIN, fuel type, and wheelchair accessibility. Schedules warn you when a route exceeds the vehicle's seats, when a rider isn't enabled on every day the route runs, and when a rider is already on another schedule
- Transportation — New Driver app: a driver signs in and sees only their own trips, works each stop through On My Way → Arrived → Picked Up → Dropped Off (with No Show and Undo), calls the member or opens the address in maps, and advances to the next stop automatically. Guards stop a trip being started by the wrong person, with no stops, while another trip is in progress, or well outside its scheduled window
- Transportation — Members get a Transportation tab on their profile for arrival/departure days, dates, status, and the benefit it bills under; staff get a Transportation Summary report with Trip, Member, and Attendance Details views, plus print and CSV export
- Transportation — Turn it on per center, then grant the new transportation, driver, and transportation-report permissions; drivers are flagged on their user record
July 23, 2026
- Claims Processing — Remittance files are now processed in the background per center, so large batches no longer risk timing out. Processing is faster (a 200-claim remittance now finishes in seconds), and every change a remittance makes is worked out in full before anything is written — a retried run finishes the same result instead of re-deciding partway through
- Claims Processing — A remittance that pays nothing on a claim now always marks that claim Denied, with the payer's reason codes recorded on the claim's activity log and the balance left open for follow-up
- Claims Processing — Posting a remittance payment now refreshes member benefit utilization automatically, and update notifications arrive once per batch instead of once per record
- Billing — The Files tab now lists your submitted claim forms alongside remittances: every accepted submission (including retries, replacements, and voids) is recorded as its own row, named for the form and payer, and downloading it gives you the claim form itself
July 21, 2026
- Care — Vitals now load on the care task detail and task log views
- Performance — Faster asset delivery and platform runtime updates across the app
July 14, 2026
- Center Settings — Fixed the overdue-alerts form not following a center switch, so edits always apply to the center you're viewing
- Nurse Notes — Fixed a sorting issue on nurse notes
July 13, 2026
- Forms — Every address field now has a "View on Map" button that opens the typed address in maps — a new browser tab on web, your maps app on mobile. It works on read-only screens too, and stays grayed out until an address is entered
- Forms — The address verify button now shows a checkmark instead of an arrow, so it reads clearly as "check this address"
July 11, 2026
- Members — Choose how member names appear everywhere in the center app with one center-wide setting: First Last, Last, First, F. Last, or Last, F., plus a matching first-or-last name sort order for member lists, tables, and reports
- Center Settings — Set it once in Center Contents; any page that already has its own name or sort setting keeps it, and centers that change nothing keep their current sort order. Member profile pages always show the full formal name (prefix, suffix, preferred name)
July 10, 2026
- Billing — New "Files" tab on the Billing page lists your center's electronic remittance (ERA) and CMS 1500 claim documents — payor, service provider, amount, date received, and date paid — with payor and file-type filters and one-click download
- Claims Processing — Remittance and claim documents are matched to your payors and service providers automatically as they arrive, and each claim's detail view now offers a download for every remittance tied to that claim
- Billing — Large document downloads are now prepared in the background: the button shows progress and the file opens automatically the moment it's ready, with a clear error message if preparation fails
July 9, 2026
- Billing — When a member's benefit changes during an invoice period, the invoice now creates a separate claim for each benefit — each claim carries that benefit's own prior authorization number, insurance member ID, and diagnosis, so days under one benefit can never be submitted under another's codes. A new Benefit column on the Claims tab shows which benefit each claim belongs to, transportation charges stay with their day's benefit, and claim requirement checks call out exactly which benefit's claim is missing something before you can send
- Billing — A benefit is never guessed: an invoice line with no member benefit (or one that doesn't match the invoice) is left off every claim, flagged as needing attention, and blocks sending until you fix the benefit or remove the line
- Billing — Creating a claim from the invoice's Claims tab now opens that claim right away, so you can review its lines and codes without hunting for it in the table
July 5, 2026
- Permissions — New view-only Attendance permission: grant it and the user can open the Attendance page and see everything, while every add, edit, check-in/check-out, cancel, and delete control is hidden; users with today's attendance permission are unaffected
- Permissions — Changing a member's enrollment status now requires its own permission (without it, the status shows locked on the member edit form), and deleting a member requires a new member-admin permission; a member with attendance on record can never be deleted, even by permission holders
- Permissions — All three new permissions appear automatically as checkboxes in the center's user-permission editor
- Meals — Centers can now choose which meal statuses count as "served": the Meals Summary report, the CACFP tab, and the member profile's meal totals all count every status on the center's served list (out of the box, only "Center Served" counts, exactly as before)
- Attendance — Split-day fix: when a member checks out mid-day (for example for an appointment) and checks back in under the same benefit, the day is now judged on the combined time — a day that meets the required hours no longer shows a false "Insufficient Hours" warning anywhere, including the attendance tables, reports, and billing views
- Attendance — Same-day records under the same benefit roll up together: the first record shows the combined time and units, the additional record stays visible with its time and units left blank so totals are never double-counted; records under different benefits keep their own rows and their own status
- Performance — Very large task records are now stored and loaded more efficiently, keeping task screens fast and reliable at large centers
July 2, 2026
- Sign-in — Visiting any page while signed out now shows the sign-in form right there, and signing in takes you straight to the page you asked for; logging out lands you back on the sign-in; old sign-in and sign-up links redirect cleanly instead of erroring, and invite links keep working
- Sign-in — The mobile app gets the same treatment: launching signed out shows the sign-in in place, session expiry shows a re-sign-in form in place, and launching offline with previously synced data still opens straight into the app
- Sign-in — Fixed a rare loop where the app could bounce endlessly between the sign-in screen and loading
- Attendance — Members currently checked in now show their elapsed time so far in the Time column (and their units so far, where units are shown) instead of a blank
- Attendance — Time now reads as hours and minutes everywhere it used to show a decimal: the insufficient-hours row and its tooltip, the totals row (on screen, in print, and in the CSV export — where the total was previously blank), and the daily card layout (which used to cap at "8+")
- Reports — The Attendance Details report now shows time as hours and minutes across its detail, needs-attention, and totals tables, includes currently-checked-in members' time so far, and gains a Units column when the center's units setting is on — matching the attendance tables
July 1, 2026
- Activities — Selecting members for an activity created from an event now saves reliably: the button shows a loading indicator while the activity is prepared, your selections no longer disappear after picking, and a double-click can no longer create a duplicate activity
- Members — The Benefits tab on a member's profile now has All / Active / Inactive status tabs, opening on Active by default; reordering benefits is available on the Active tab
- Billing — The search box on the Billing page's Members tab now filters the table by member name; search combines with the Benefit Type and Members filters, and each matching member keeps their full period totals
- Attendance — Attendance tables now show duration as a Time column in hours and minutes (for example "4h 30m") instead of a decimal; the scheduled-time column is now labeled "Scheduled Time" so the two are easy to tell apart
- Attendance — A member's attendance report now lists secondary attendances as their own rows and rolls them into the totals; centers can also enable a Units column (for example "4.5 hours") and Checked In By / Checked Out By columns
- Tasks — New medication and service tasks no longer pre-assign the Nurse and Caregiver role requirements by default, so tasks stay visible to all care staff unless specific roles are chosen
- Performance — The app now keeps a smaller, more recent set of records on your device and skips a cleanup pass at startup, so it opens faster and stays fast over time
June 30, 2026
- Billing — New Members tab on the Billing page: an across-members billing table where each row is a member, with their Attendance and Transportation counts and dollar amounts rolled up from all their attendances in the selected period, plus a per-member total. Opens by default when you go to Billing
- Billing — Big totals now stream in — the table shows every member's row right away and fills in the amounts as they calculate, so it never blocks on a slow full-page load
- Billing — Narrow the table with multi-select Benefit Type and Members filters, then click any member's row to drill into that member's Attendances with the same period and filters carried over
- Billing — The Benefit Type filter now stays in sync across every Billing tab (Members, Attendances, Invoices, Claims, Eligibility) — pick a benefit type on one tab and it stays selected as you move between them, with "All" available and selected by default
June 26, 2026
- Activities — A member's Activities tab is now a full activity report: switch between Day, Week, and Month (Week by default), with only attended days shown, each day grouping its activities by category with start times and descriptions
- Activities — Filter the report by activity category and choose what to show — days attended, activities attended, check-in/out times, and activity photos (times and photos are off by default to keep it privacy-safe)
- Activities — Export the current view to CSV, or download a signed PDF: sign on screen with your name, position, and attestation, and each day prints on its own page stamped with the signature, date, and time — ideal for activity-based reimbursement
June 25, 2026
- Billing — Faster Billing page loading with fewer timeouts on large data sets
- Billing — Preparing a large invoice now runs in the background: the "Preparing invoice" card shows progress so big invoices no longer time out, and finalize starts automatically once preparation finishes
- Billing — If invoice preparation fails, a clear, retryable message appears instead of hanging; invoices already prepared skip straight to Finalize
June 24, 2026
- Billing — One "Send Invoice" action now runs the whole flow — Prepare, Finalize, then Send — and skips any step that's already done; you can also run each step on its own from the invoice menu
- Billing — Claim submission now happens in the background, so sending large invoices no longer times out; while a send is in progress the invoice shows a "Sending" state
- Billing — New Dry Run option (on finalized invoices) builds and shows the claim request without submitting it, so you can review a claim before it goes out
- Billing — Resend stays available after an invoice is sent: it skips re-emailing and only re-submits any claims still in draft
- Intake — Birthdate questions on intake and assessment forms now display correctly no matter how the date was stored, and save back in a consistent format; previously some saved dates showed "Invalid date"
- Intake — A short-text question can now be set up to capture a member's preferred hospital and sync it onto the member record as a Preferred Hospital contact
June 22, 2026
- Billing — The Attendance billing view now shows one month at a time (current month by default) with previous/next navigation instead of a rolling 90-day window — faster, with no more load failures; Attendances is now the default tab on the Billing page
- Billing — Click any invoice in the billing tables to open a full Invoice detail view with the financial summary, line items, payments, credit memos, claims, and activity
- Billing — Claims now require a complete 9-digit ZIP (ZIP+4) on member and provider addresses before submission, preventing avoidable payer rejections
June 18, 2026
- Assessments — Large assessments (long forms with many questions, tables, or signatures) now save reliably; previously a very large assessment could fail to save
- Meals — A meal recorded without a service status now defaults to "Center Served"
- Meals & Attendance — Recording meals or attendance now updates other open screens in real time, so everyone sees the latest without refreshing
- Forms — Intake and assessment answers sync more reliably onto member records; in the Form Builder, a table column's key field is now always visible so you can map each column to the right member field
June 17, 2026
- Wellness — Members now have a Wellness tab on their edit page with a date field for each wellness milestone your center tracks (for example, a Physical Exam Date); set or update a member's date and save
- Wellness — Admin tasks can be scheduled from a wellness date: choose "Wellness" as the task's anchor, pick which date it follows, then set how often it repeats and how many days ahead it should become due — each member's task lands relative to their own tracked date
- Wellness — Editing a member's date recalculates only future due dates and never changes already-completed task history; members with no date set for an anchor, or who are inactive, are automatically left out of that task
June 16, 2026
- Attendance — A new list-card daily Attendance layout can be enabled per center: members move through Quick Check-In → Checked In → Checked Out, each in its own collapsible section
- Attendance — A Quick Check-In bar pinned to the bottom checks a member in with a single tap using one shared, adjustable check-in time — no extra confirmation step
- Attendance — Checked In members show in two columns with check-in/check-out times and hours, plus a clear red Check Out button; checked-out members collapse into their own section
- Attendance — Summary cards across the top (Projected, Added, Canceled, Active, Checked In, Checked Out) plus new Attendance and Benefit Type filters and member search; the classic table layout remains the default
June 15, 2026
- Service Plans — Member date of birth now appears in the Member Information section of the Service Plan, showing the formatted date and current age; also included in the printed Service Plan
- Service Plans — A Start of Care date can be enabled per center; when on, it appears in the Member Information section below Age at enrollment and in the printed plan
- Service Plans — Assessment scores in the Assessed Information row can now be configured to pull from the assessment linked to the plan specifically, rather than always the most recent one of that type
- Service Plans — Goals can now be set to "Ongoing" as an outcome, displayed with neutral styling; a plan can be marked complete even when some goals have an Ongoing outcome
June 14, 2026
- Billing — New Attendance tab on the Billing page shows all attendance records for the selected period; filter to see only records not yet on any invoice, then use the Invoice button to bill them; each row links to the invoice it's already on
June 11, 2026
- Activities — Events can now repeat on a schedule: weekly on the days you choose (with different times per day if needed) or monthly by position (e.g. the second Tuesday or the last Friday), plus all-day events and center-closed days
- Activities — Edit a single date of a repeating event without changing the series — adjust that occurrence's time, name, details, instructors, or location, or jump straight to the series to change every occurrence
- Planner — New view switcher with Planner, Print Editor, List, and Recurring views, alongside month, week, and day date ranges
- Planner — Day view lists everything happening that day; closed days appear at the top with their canceled events crossed out underneath
- Planner — New Print Editor previews exactly what will print (approved events only) and lets you fine-tune each event's printed appearance — display name, font size, and whether the icon and time are shown
- Planner — Cleaner printed calendars: standard page header, tighter event spacing, and a font size control
June 10, 2026
- Billing — Every billing table (Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, Payors, Billing Plans, Benefit Types, Service Providers, Charge Codes) now has a Download CSV action that exports exactly the rows you've filtered and sorted

- Bug Fix — Cleaner styling for claim requirement messages on Claim and Invoice detail
- Bug Fix — Invoice form no longer carries unnecessary information into its saved snapshot
May 21, 2026

- Nurse Notes — Reply composer pinned at the bottom of every thread with a "Type a reply…" prompt
- Nurse Notes — Resolve / Unresolve a thread from the header with confirmation; status pill flips between Open and Resolved
- Nurse Notes — Optional Type and Tags pickers in the composer (per-center configuration); replies inherit the parent's Type when none is picked, and Tags / Files are scoped to each reply
- Nurse Notes — On narrow screens, Type / Tags / Files collapse into a single overflow button so the composer stays compact
- Nurse Notes — Edit affordance is author-only — only the user who wrote a note can edit it
- Nurse Notes — Deleting a thread shows the cascade count ("This deletes N replies.") and removes the parent and all replies together
- Nurse Notes — List view shows last-message preview and reply count for threads that have replies; status pill (Open / Resolved) on every row
