Priced on What You Run.
Three products, and three different ways of paying for them. Seniorverse Day is quoted against your center's revenue. Navigate is priced on the hours of care you deliver. Chat is priced by the license. Start with the one you came here for.
Seniorverse Day
For adult day and adult day health centers, single sites and multi-center groups. If you run a small social program, Seniorverse Lite is below.
Seniorverse Day is quoted against the center's revenue, so what you pay tracks how the center performs.
The programs you run, the participants you serve, and what the center bills. One number covers all of it.
A three-program center does not pay what a thirty-member program pays, and when a program grows or closes, the quote follows.
Every member of staff gets a login. Nobody is kept out of the system to hold the price down.
Seniorverse Day
The whole platform, for centers that bill.
- Every program on one agreement
- A login for every member of staff
- Onboarding specialist, data import, training by role
Seniorverse Lite
For single-site social programs of about twenty members or fewer that do not do billing, care planning, or medical records in their software.
- Profiles, attendance, events calendar, CACFP, and a fixed set of reports
- No setup fee
- Training videos and live Q&A webinars twice a month
AI your staff can use with client information, under a signed BAA. $40 a month for one person, $100 a month for a team of three. It runs alongside Seniorverse Day or on its own.

Questions About Adult Day Pricing
What is the quote based on?
Your center's revenue. We look at the programs you run, how many participants you serve, and what the center bills, and quote one number against that. It covers every program on one agreement.
Why price it that way?
Because what you pay should be in proportion to what the center is. A thirty-member social program and a three-program adult day health center should not pay the same number, and a center that has grown should not still be paying the old one. It also ties our pricing to your performance rather than to how many people you let into the software.
What is included?
Every program on one agreement, a login for every member of staff, Seniorverse Connect for families, billing and claims for the payers you bill, an onboarding specialist, data import, training by role, support, and updates. There is nothing to add on later.
We run more than one center.
One agreement covers the group, with a discount that reflects its size. Each center keeps its own programs, staff, and reporting.
We are a small social program. Is there something lighter?
Seniorverse Lite, at $250 a center a month: member profiles, attendance, the events calendar, CACFP meal tracking, and a fixed set of reports on attendance, meals, and membership. It is built for single-site programs of about twenty members that do not need billing, care planning, or medical record-keeping in their software. Move up to Seniorverse Day when that changes.
Do reports come out of the box?
On Seniorverse Day they are built around your programs and what you have to report on, and changed when those change. On Lite you get the three fixed sets: attendance, meals, and membership.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on either one.
Seniorverse Navigate
For Aging Life Care practices, geriatric care managers, and private-pay home care agencies: anyone who bills for their team's time.
Navigate is priced on hours of care, not on seats.
Logged service time: the hours your team logs against a client. Travel and admin time do not count.
Hours included, and a set rate for the hours past them. Your own number goes through the calculator below.
On Team and Enterprise everyone who touches a client gets a login. Per-user pricing keeps field staff out, and then the office re-keys their work.

Questions About Navigate Pricing
What counts as an hour of care?
Logged service time: the hours your team logs against a client. Travel and admin time do not count toward it.
Why not charge per user?
Because per-user pricing keeps field staff out of the system, and then the office re-keys everything they do. On Team and Enterprise, everyone who touches a client gets a login.
What happens if we go past the included hours?
The extra hours are billed at your plan's rate: $0.99 an hour on Solo, $0.60 on Team. On Enterprise the included hours and the rate are set in your agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Thirty days on Solo and Team, with no card. Import your clients from a spreadsheet and log a visit the same day.
Does Navigate bill Medicaid?
No. Navigate has no Medicaid claims and no electronic visit verification, so it fits private-pay work where you invoice the client or the family. Adult day centers that bill Medicaid use Seniorverse Day.
How do clients pay us?
Invoices go out with a link to pay online. Payments you collect through Seniorverse carry a processing fee.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on any plan.
Seniorverse Chat
For any team that handles client information. It runs on its own, or alongside Seniorverse Day or Navigate.
Chat is $40 a month for one person, or $100 a month for a team of three. Every plan is HIPAA compliant.
One person who signs in. A team starts with three licenses and takes more at $35 a month each.
Every license comes with a monthly allowance, pooled across your team, so one person's heavy week draws on the pool.
Separate from Seniorverse Day and Navigate. Chat runs beside either one, or on its own.
Individual
One person, or a team of one.
- Fourteen days free

Team
A team that shares its work.

Questions About Chat Pricing
Who needs a license?
Anyone who signs in. One person on their own is $40 a month. Three people are $100 a month on the Team plan, which works out lower per person.
What if our team grows past three?
Additional licenses are $35 a month each on top of the $100. When that stops making sense for the size of your team, talk to us about Enterprise.
Is there a limit on how much we can use?
Every license comes with a monthly usage allowance. On Team the allowances are pooled, so a heavy week for one person draws on the pool rather than stopping them. A team that goes past the pool is billed for what it uses beyond it.
Do we need Seniorverse Day or Navigate to use it?
No. Chat runs on its own, and it is billed separately from both. Teams that run Seniorverse Day or Navigate use it beside them.
Does HIPAA compliance cost extra?
No. Every plan is HIPAA compliant, including Individual.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Fourteen days, then the account needs a paid license to keep going.
On every product
No setup fee, on any plan, on any of the three products.
Before any client information
A Business Associate Agreement is signed first. On Navigate and Chat it is part of signup; on Seniorverse Day it is part of the agreement. How we handle data.
Payments
Client payments you collect through Seniorverse carry a processing fee on top of the plan.
