Seniorverse Chat
AI Your Team Can Use With Client Information.
Ask questions of a scanned packet, draft the letter to the family, and write up the care conference. Unlike a standard chatbot, it is HIPAA compliant, so you can use it with client and member information.
What People Ask It
Give it what arrives, including scans, faxes, spreadsheets, and recordings. This is what comes back.

Dear Karen,

Why Not Use a Regular Chatbot?
Typing a client’s name, diagnosis, or medications into one can break HIPAA, even on a paid plan.
Not HIPAA Compliant, Even When You Pay
Regular chatbots are not HIPAA compliant on free or paid personal plans, so client and member information cannot go into them.
Free Plans Learn From What You Type
A client’s details can become training material for an AI used by millions of people.
No Record for the Agency
The agency cannot see what went in, or get it back when someone leaves.
Seniorverse Chat Is Built for Client Information
Seniorverse Chat is HIPAA compliant from the day you sign up. Your data never trains the AI, and the owner can see every sign-in, chat, and file.
| A regular chatbot | Seniorverse Chat | |
|---|---|---|
| HIPAA compliant | No, even on a paid plan | Yes |
| Client and member information | Not allowed | Allowed |
| Trains its AI on what you type | Usually, on free plans | Never |
| Who can see what was asked | Only the account owner | The agency owner, in a log |
| When someone leaves | Their chats leave with them | The owner decides what happens to their work |
| How your team writes | Everyone starts from scratch | Shared skills and note templates |
| How long chats are kept | Set by the vendor | Set by your organization |
One Way of Doing Things, for the Whole Team
Save how your team writes a family update or a monthly summary as a skill, and everyone can use it. Owners decide who is in, what is shared, and what happens to someone's work when they leave.
Plain language, no abbreviations. Start with how the month went, then changes in health, then what is coming up. Close with who to call.
Plans
Every plan is HIPAA compliant and starts with a 14-day trial.
Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance. Plan details
Questions About Seniorverse Chat
Is it safe to put client information in it?
Yes. Seniorverse Chat is HIPAA compliant. Chats and files are encrypted where they are stored, and every access is logged. How we protect your data
Does it train on our data?
No. The models we use do not train on your data or store it.
What files can it read?
PDFs, Word and Excel files, photos, and multi-page scans. Scans are read by OCR, so a faxed packet works like a typed one.
Do we need Seniorverse Day or Navigate?
No. Seniorverse Chat works on its own with the documents you upload. It works better alongside Seniorverse Day or Navigate.
What happens when it is wrong?
Answers list their sources so you can check them, and anything it was unsure about is held for a person to review.
