Four Things Agencies Tell Us
Most practices run on paper, a spreadsheet, a shared calendar, and an accounting package. None of it connects, and the people doing the visits are usually not in the system at all.
You Write the Note Hours Later, From Memory
You see the client at ten and write the note that night, in whatever tool is open.
Record the Visit, Then Review the Draft
With the client's consent, record the visit. Navigate drafts the note from the recording and logs your time.
Follow-Ups Slip
A family calls, someone jots down a name and a number, and the task slides two days at a time.
Every Call Lands in the Client Record
Give each task an owner and a due date. Notes, messages, and visits share one timeline, so whoever answers the phone sees what happened.
Your Billing Export Changes Every Time You Run It
Run the same month twice and you get two different documents.
Lock the Period, Then Invoice
Review the hours, lock the period, invoice, and collect payment. The invoice you sent in March still matches in June.
You Reconcile Field Hours by Hand
Someone checks timesheets against the schedule, line by line.
Check Out, and the Time Is Logged
The scheduled visit becomes the time entry and the invoice line. Nobody types it twice.
Every Call, Visit, and Task in the Client's Record
Whoever answers the phone can see the last visit, the note, and what is still open. Contacts, care team, medications, documents, and history are in one client record.

Pay for Care, Not Seats
Most software for care managers charges per user, so agencies keep field staff out of it and the office keeps re-keying. We price on the hours of care you deliver, so everyone who touches a client can be in the system.

What Agency Owners Ask Us
Do my care managers need to be in the office?
No. Care managers see their day, check in and out, record visits, and write notes from the Navigate mobile app on their own phone. The office sees the same client record in a browser.
How does recording a visit work, and is it legal?
Recording is optional, visit by visit. The app shows a consent line before recording starts, and the care manager confirms the client or their representative has agreed. Consent rules differ by state, so check yours. How recording works
Can we invoice families and collect payment?
Yes. Logged hours go to billing review with their rates. Lock the period, send invoices, and collect payment inside Navigate. Billing data exports for your accountant.
What counts as an hour of care?
Logged service time. Travel and admin time do not count toward your plan.
Can we use our own intake and assessment forms?
Yes. Build templates for intake, assessments, agreements, and consents, share them by private link, and collect signatures. Navigate is not a clinical record and does not hold regulatory care plans.
Can we bring our clients over from another system?
Import clients from a spreadsheet, with a preview before anything is saved. Migration and training are included on Enterprise plans.
How is client information protected?
Every view of a client record is logged with who, what, and when. Roles and restricted folders control who sees what. How we protect your data
Seniorverse Chat works alongside Navigate: HIPAA-compliant AI your team can use with client information. Read a long medical record, draft a letter to a family, or pull the fields from a stack of intake forms into a spreadsheet. See Seniorverse Chat
Thirty Days Free on the Team Plan
