INVOICES
The member record. Contacts, benefits, health, and files in one place, and a face sheet ready to print.
Morning check-in. Staff check each member in on a tablet as they arrive. Check-in and check-out times become the units you bill.
Lunch and CACFP. Mark everyone served in one tap, record anyone who did not eat, and the CACFP count updates.
Activities and photos. Staff record who took part and add photos. Families see them in Seniorverse Connect the same day.
See ConnectMonth-end invoices. The billing plan turns two weeks of attendance into an invoice for each payer.

Questions About Seniorverse Day
Which payers can we bill?
Seniorverse Day bills from benefit types you define, so it follows your payer mix: Medicaid and managed care, the VA, state and county programs, long-term care insurance, and private pay. Tell us your state and your payers on the first call and we will confirm each one before you sign anything.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes. Staff use any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser, plus the iOS and Android apps.
Do members have to use facial recognition?
No. Most centers check members in on a staff tablet. The kiosk is an option, and members are enrolled one at a time.
Can we use our own assessment forms?
Yes. Every assessment and form is built from a template your center creates, with your own sections and questions.
How do families get access?
Through Seniorverse Connect. Families sign in with a code sent to their email, with no password to remember.
What does switching take?
An onboarding specialist walks through how your center runs today, we import your data and set up your benefit types, meals, and activities, and each person is trained for their own role. What getting started looks like
