Request Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your account and all associated data for any of the apps by Seniorverse, please send an email to:

When submitting your request, please include:

• The email address or username associated with your account
• App Name
• A clear statement that you would like your account and data deleted

What happens when your account is deleted

When we process your deletion request:

• Deleted data: Your account information, profile details, usage data, and any saved preferences are permanently deleted from our servers.
• Retained data: Certain information (such as transaction records or legal compliance data) may be retained for up to [2-5 years] as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting).
• Retention period: After this period, all retained data will also be permanently deleted.
