What Directors Ask Us
Will it work with my state and my payers?
Yes. Seniorverse Day works in every state, including Medicaid billing. It bills from benefit types you define, so it follows your payer mix: Medicaid and managed care, the VA, state and county programs, long-term care insurance, and private pay. Claims, eligibility checks, and remittances go through a national clearinghouse, and centers that bill on a state-assigned provider number instead of an NPI are supported.
What does switching take?
An onboarding specialist walks through how your center runs today, we import your data and set up your benefit types, meals, and activities, and each person is trained for their own role. The Help Center has a learning path for the front desk, care staff, nurses, billing staff, and administrators. You can take attendance in Seniorverse Day in as little as 10 days.
What hardware do we need?
Any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser, plus the iOS and Android apps. The reception kiosk is a dedicated tablet or computer with a camera, placed at eye level near the entrance.
What if a member does not want to use facial recognition?
Members are enrolled one at a time. Anyone who is not enrolled is checked in by staff on a tablet, the same way as before.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. Each person on your staff can use Seniorverse Day in English or Spanish.
What does it cost?
Seniorverse Day is quoted against your center's revenue, so what you pay tracks how the center performs. One call, then a clear quote with everything included. Seniorverse Lite is $250 a center a month.
Who do we call when something goes wrong?
support@seniorverse.com or (855) 799-1170. Your onboarding specialist stays with you through launch week and after.
